When will I receive my order?
Delivery time depends on your location and local postal services. Under normal circumstances, you'll receive your order within:
- Netherlands & Belgium: 1-2 working days
- Orders to the rest of Europe: 3-5 working days
- Worldwide deliveries: 5-7 business days
All orders are shipped within 24 hours.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return period where customers can return their package without giving any reason.

All returned items must be unworn and in original condition, with all tags attached.

How do I create a return?

Orders must be returned unwashed, unused and in the original packaging with all labels.
Once your return request is approved, you are responsible for returning the package. Items returned without a return request will not be accepted. You will usually receive a response to your return request within one business day.
I received a damaged product, what should I do?
